FNIS doesn't necesarily have to be in the Skyrim folder if you're using Mod Organizer. You just have to run FNIS From inside mod organizer, it doesnt look like you're using NMM because of this line ( Generator: C: Program Files (x86) Mod Organizer mods FNIS Behavior FNIS Behavior 6.0.2 Data tools GenerateFNISforUsers GenerateFNISforUsers.exe ).
